1. Most products - are delivered to you, or your gift recipient, via UPS or via the Postal Service ground or a comparable service. Shipping charges on the order form reflect standard ground service. We can ship most items via express delivery for an additional fee; see order form.Some items shipped from manufacturers may take longer to arrive.

2. Split shipments - Products on the same order may not necessarily be shipped on the same day. The total shipping and handling charge is billed with the first product shipped to you. You will be informed of any delay over 30 days in shipping. Your credit card is not charged until a product is shipped to you.
