HOW PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
1. Most products - are delivered to you, or your gift recipient, via UPS
or via the Postal Service ground or a comparable service. Shipping charges on the order form
reflect standard ground service. We can ship most items via express delivery for an
additional fee; see order form.Some items shipped from manufacturers may
take longer to arrive.
2. Split shipments - Products on the same order may not necessarily be shipped on the
same day. The total shipping and handling charge is billed with the first product shipped
to you. You will be informed of any delay over 30 days in shipping. Your credit card is
not charged until a product is shipped to you.

Next Day or Second Day Air Shipping
We can ship your order Second Day Air(standard price + 10.95 additional charge) or Next Day(standard price + 29.95 additional charge).
SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING......
All merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid; we regret that we cannot accept
COD returns. Please repack item(s) using the original packing materials if possible,
or use a strong corrugated carton and packing. Tape the package securely.
For your protection, please return by insured mail or UPS and save the receipt for your
records. In case of returns, shipping charges are not refundable, and the products can be only
exchanged. Please remember to indicate your name,address and the reason for the return, as it will
