Forehead Lift
Place your left palm on your forehead, and apply light pressure as you lift the skin upwards toward the hairline. Next, use the same technique as you work your way toward the side of the head along the hairline, finally pressing at the left temple. Repeat the procedure with your right hand.

Cheeks
Use your palms to gently lift the skin outward in the following manner. a. from the chin to below the ears, then press.b. from the sides of the nose to above the ears, then press; c. from below the eyes to the temples, then press.

Chin
Use the pads of your right middle and ring fingers to trace a spiral on your chin (8 times).

Mouth
Use the middle and ring fingers of both hands to stroke upwards firmly and downwards lightly around the mouth (4 times).

Nose
Use the middle fingers of both hands to stroke up firmly and down lightly around the wings of the nose (2 times). Next use the middle and the ring fingers of your right hand to stroke up and down along the ridge of the nose (2 times).

Eyes
Massage lightly from the top of the nose outward under the eyes to the temples with the pads of the middle and ring fingers of both hands (2 times). Using the pads of the middle and ring fingers of both hands, stroke lightly from the inside corners of the eyes in a semi-circle over the upper eyelids, finally pressing at the temples.
